Over 200 Service Leavers turn out at Oakham

BFRS

CRS started their annual roadshow yesterday at the British Forces Resettlement Service (BFRS) Training and Employment Fair held at Greetham Valley, Oakham.
Over 200 Service,  and ex-service men and women visited the event to see what training any employment opportunities are available to them when they leave the forces, with 1500 redundancies announced earlier this year it’s more important than ever that the Service leavers are equipped with the right Civvy Street qualifications.
Ros Stacey – UK Sales Director for CRS said “It’s amazing how many visitors we had to our stand yesterday, we had visits from service leavers who have already attended some of our NEBOSH Accredited courses and came to let me know their results and how their job hunting was going, and some who are contemplating taking Health & Safety courses”. Ros continued to say “at one point I thought we were going to run out of our specially designed information packs as demand for our NEBOSH Full House Package (Specially put together for MOD)was brisk”.
If you are a service leaver and you were unable to attend yesterday’s event you can see Ros and the CRS team again at Catterick 27th March, for more information email r@crsrisk.com . If you have left the forces and still have Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC’s)  to use before 31st March we do have a few places left on some of our NEBOSH Accredited courses so don’t leave it any longer contact Ros on 01283 509175.
