CORPORATE RISK SYSTEMS STAFF GO BACK TO THEIR CHILDHOOD



Corporate Risk Systems Ltd (CRS) Health Safety & Environment Training providers based in Burton on Trent, Staffs took their staff back to their childhood on a recent visit to Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood. Over 20 staff and their families enjoyed the family day out in which they explored childhood throughout the centuries and also had a tour of the 17th Century Hall. At the childhood museum there was plenty of time to stop, stare, marvel and compare their own childhood experiences with the many displays which are set out in eight galleries. Some of the staff even had a go at top spinning. Andy Newborough his wife and his two sons Mason and Jordan were happy to join in a lesson in the Victorian Schoolroom. Stephen Asbury  - Managing Director of CRS arranged competitions and the prize winners were: “Talent in Art and Initiative” – Jonathan & Wendy Woodhouse, “Animal Safari” – John Bradbury & Family, “Sudbury Hall Object Rhymes” – Andy Newborough & Family, “Booby prize – Worst drawing of a horse” went to CRS Head of Environment – Richard Ball. Also in attendance Caroline Gilbert and the CRS Mighty Mini Team. A replica of the Mighty Mini is already on show in the Museum of Childhood at Sudbury. The replica is one of the limited edition of the 1001 which were made to commemorate the Ladies Championships, won by driver Caroline in 2005 and 2006. Caroline will be attempting to become the 2012 Ladies Champion on 21st October 2012 at Donington.
