A shop in the east end of Glasgow has been
completely demolished in a suspected gas explosion.
One man was taken to hospital after being rescued from the building by fire-fighters, but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
A spokesman for Strathclyde Fire and Rescue said the brigade was called to the scene in Springboig Road at 03:00 on Friday.
Neighbouring residents in have been told to stay indoors.
